History of the Pentwater Inn;- This beautiful Victorian Inn was once the home of the Lewis Family, the local merchants, from 1869 to 1940. The attractive exterior gingerbread and a stained glass window have been lovingly preserved. Located on the quiet village corner of Lowell & Wythe, the Inn is a short walk from the village shops, fine dining and Lake Michigan beach with it's spectacular sunsets. This popular Bed & Breakfast Inn provides comfort and hospitality from the personal greeting by your hosts Quintus and Donna Renshaw and evening beverage and snack, to the elegant three course breakfast where all the breads, coffee cakes and entrees are made "from scratch", and accompanied by jams and fruit sauces that Donna prepares from the abundant orchards in Oceana County.
