       No Smoking and No Pets are allowed on site.  Reservations are advised requiring 50% deposit with MC, Visa or Check.  Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is 10 days prior to booking.   Cancellations after the 10 days will be refunded only if the room can be rented.   A $12.00 service fee is charged for all cancellations.
